Product Questions
We manufacture a comprehensive range of brass components including PPR / CPVC / UPVC pipe inserts, brass moulding inserts, gas & LPG components, hand pump parts, telecom components, brass pipe fittings, sanitary fittings, and fully custom components to your drawings and specifications. Our catalog includes over 500 standard SKUs, and we can develop custom designs for any application.
We primarily use CDA C36000 (free-cutting brass) — the industry standard for precision brass components. For higher-strength applications, we use CDA C38500 (architectural brass). For food-contact and potable water applications, we offer lead-free brass (CDA C69300). Custom alloys (naval brass, phosphor bronze, silicon bronze) are available on request for specific conductivity, corrosion, or strength requirements.
We support all major international thread standards: Metric (M2 to M12) in both fine and coarse pitch, UNC (#4-40 to 1/2-13), UNF (#4-48 to 3/8-24), BSP, and BSW. Custom thread sizes and special thread forms are also available. All threads are verified against calibrated Go/No-Go gauges.
We offer: Natural brass (standard, excellent solderability), Nickel plating (enhanced corrosion resistance), Tin plating (better solderability for electronics), Chrome plating (decorative/heavy-duty corrosion protection), Zinc plating (cost-effective protection), and Custom finishes including passivation and specialty coatings on request.
The right component depends on your application, material requirements, and production volume. PPR/CPVC/UPVC inserts are ideal for plumbing and piping systems. Brass moulding inserts suit injection moulding and heat-staking applications. Gas & LPG components are engineered for pressure-critical applications. Pipe fittings and sanitary fittings cover industrial and domestic plumbing needs. Contact our engineering team for a free DFM consultation — we'll recommend the optimal component for your specific application.
Ordering Questions
Our standard MOQ is 5,000 pieces for stock items and 10,000 pieces for custom inserts. For prototyping or sampling, we can accommodate smaller quantities of 500-1,000 pieces at adjusted pricing. Contact us to discuss your specific quantity requirements — we're flexible and willing to work with startups, R&D teams, and large OEMs alike.
Standard stock items: 7-10 business days from order confirmation. Custom inserts: 15-20 business days (includes tooling, first article, and production). Expedited production: Available for urgent orders at a nominal rush charge — we can often deliver in 5-7 days for standard items. Transit time is additional depending on shipping method and destination.
Yes! We export to 30+ countries worldwide including the USA, UK, Germany, UAE, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and more. We support FOB, CIF, and DDP Incoterms with sea freight, air freight, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) options. Absolutely — custom manufacturing is our specialty. Send us your CAD drawings (STEP, IGES, DXF, or PDF), sketches, or even a sample part. Our engineering team will review the design, provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback, and deliver a competitive quote — typically within 24 hours. We've produced thousands of unique custom designs over the years for OEM clients worldwide.
We accept wire transfer (T/T), with standard terms of 30% advance + 70% before shipment for new customers. Established customers may qualify for NET 30 or Letter of Credit (L/C) terms. We also accept payments via PayPal for smaller orders. Contact us to discuss the best payment arrangement for your needs.
Yes, we strongly encourage sampling before committing to large production orders. Standard samples (stock items) are available at nominal cost plus shipping. Custom samples require a small tooling charge which is typically credited against the first production order. Sample lead time is 5-7 business days.
Technical Questions
Our quality system includes: Incoming material inspection (chemistry, hardness, dimensions), in-process SPC monitoring, Go/No-Go thread gauging, dimensional inspection (calipers, micrometers, comparators), and final AQL sampling inspection. We issue inspection certificates with every shipment and can provide material test reports (MTR) and PPAP documentation for automotive customers.
Our multi-axis CNC turning centers allow us to hold tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm (±0.0002") on critical dimensions. Standard tolerances for non-critical dimensions are typically ±0.05mm. Thread tolerances conform to the applicable standard (ISO, ANSI, BS). Tighter tolerances are possible on request — discuss your requirements with our engineering team.
Yes! We offer lead-free brass (CDA C69300) inserts that comply with international environmental standards. These are ideal for medical devices, food-contact equipment, potable water applications, and children's products. Our manufacturing processes are also designed to minimize waste and environmental impact.
