Quality is Not an Option — It's Our Guarantee

From incoming material inspection to final shipment verification, every Chetna Industries brass insert passes through multiple quality gates to ensure zero-defect deliveries worldwide.

Our Quality Philosophy

At Chetna Industries, quality is embedded in every aspect of our operations — not just in the inspection room, but on the shop floor, in our material sourcing, and even in how we pack and ship. Our quality management system ensures that every brass insert leaving our facility meets or exceeds the specifications agreed with our customers.

We believe that quality is a continuous journey, not a destination. Our team regularly reviews processes, invests in better inspection equipment, and trains operators to spot defects before they occur. This proactive approach has enabled us to maintain near-zero rejection rates across our global customer base.

Multi-Stage Quality Control

01

Incoming Material Inspection

Chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, and dimensional verification of raw brass rods before entering production. Only materials meeting our strict acceptance criteria are approved.

02

In-Process Monitoring

Regular sampling during production to monitor critical dimensions, thread quality, and knurl depth. Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts ensure processes remain within control limits.

03

Thread Quality Verification

Every production lot is verified using calibrated Go/No-Go thread gauges for both internal and external threads. Pitch diameter, major diameter, and thread depth checked to applicable standards.

04

Dimensional Inspection

Critical dimensions measured using digital calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and profile projectors. Surface roughness verified to customer specifications.

05

Final Inspection & Packaging

AQL sampling inspection of finished lots before packaging. Visual inspection for surface defects, burrs, and plating quality. Inspection certificate issued with every shipment.

Quality Lab Equipment

Dimensional Measurement

Digital calipers (±0.01mm accuracy), outside/inside micrometers, depth gauges, height gauges, and precision dial indicators for comprehensive dimensional verification.

Optical Inspection

Profile projectors and optical comparators for magnified thread profile analysis. Visual inspection under 10x-20x magnification for surface quality assessment.

Thread Gauging

Complete Go/No-Go gauge sets for Metric, UNC, UNF, BSP, and BSW thread standards. Regular gauge calibration ensures measurement accuracy.

Material Testing

Hardness testing (Rockwell/Vickers), chemical composition analysis via spectrometry, and surface roughness measurement to verify material and finish specifications.

Surface Roughness Tester

Precision surface roughness measuring instruments that verify Ra, Rz, and Rt parameters to ensure inserts meet specified finish requirements for optimal mating surface performance.

Torque & Pull-Out Testing

Dedicated torque testing equipment and pull-out force measurement rigs that validate insert retention strength in plastic housings, ensuring compliance with application-specific load requirements.
